How 'THE JOURNEY' came to be ...
This is the most personal and most integrated offering I have created. The Journey comes from my deep desire to share all the practices, the teachings and the tools which have and continue to support me on my own journey towards fulfilment, wholeness and feeling vibrantly alive in my life.
It is my deep wish to share with you what has helped me both understand my own story and also own my story as move forwards in my life. Drawing on spiritual and embodiment practices, the energetic imprints and guidance of astrology and tarot, the archetypal energies as well as the deeply personal processing through shadow work offers the framework of this programme. And a very fundamental part is being held through it all in community as well as one-to-one mentoring. The healing potential of being witnessed and seen is immense...

You will be guided into foundational Astrology to be able to see what is in your personal stars in your astrological birth chart, which we can see as the energetic seed potential for your life.
STORIES
The Tarot offers a beautiful way to understand archetypes, symbols and universal stories - as well as where we find ourselves in our own story.
SHADOWS
When we begin to shine light on the parts of us we have disowned or repressed we find freedom to move beyond unconscious patterns and triggers.
SOUL
Each chapter will begin with yoga practice and meditation, to connect to body, mind and spirit as foundational support. It is connected within and without that we can hold the deeper work.
