"Stranded in Paradise..."
I stole this title from some fellow travellers who got delayed here in Goa - this is what they named their WhatsApp group - and now the same has happened to me, my flight cancelled, too, awaiting airspace to open.
I would NEVER have imagined that being here, in my favourite place, I would be wishing that I wasn't here and longing to be home... I know I am very fortunate to be somewhere familiar, and of course more that anything to be safe ...BUT ...
... it is emotionally hard to be so very far away from my family for so long - and practically it is hard to face sustaining both the extended stay here whilst also paying for life in London - I am self-employed so enforced time off comes at a double cost!
So this is where this little offering and a gentle appeal comes in...
As I sadly can't be with you in classes or sessions - here are some ways to still engage with me - and if you have ever thought of participating in any of the online offerings I have NOW would be a time where it would be especially helpful for me, if you appreciate and support my work.

The Sadhana Collective
Every moon-month starting with the New Moon a new sadhana is initiated with a theme and a deity - currently the theme is INTUITION and we are journeying with the Goddess Saraswati.
There is a guided meditation practice for the month and each week you receive 1 x 60min Solar Flow, 1 x 60min Lunar Flow (restorative and slow practice) and 1 x 30min Solar to Lunar shorter practice.
The Tarot Class
Learn the magic of the Tarot through story and intuition - a self paced five module course, with the option to add a personal reading and/or guidance session.
