JOURNALING PROMPTS
I suggest you do these in conjunction with practices - a good moment would be after the meditation, but it can be good after the other practices, too. You might wish to re-visit what you have written and contemplate more, sit with the questions again.
It can also be helpful to read the sentence then close your eyes and feel into what comes up immediately, bypassing trying to 'explain' or tell a familiar story, but rather get curious about immediate and perhaps surprising initial feelings which some up.
This is a practice in letting your intuition and what is under the surface speak to you.
