Guided meditation practices to welcome ourselves into different qualities of being, as well as resourcing from the part of us which is able to hold space for what is felt.

I'm Tanja and I am excited to guide you through Path to Wholeness, which is a synthesis of the many years of yoga practice and shadow work I have engaged with.

 Our stories are lived through our bodies, and it is through the body that we can begin to feel into what needs healing and tending to. As we begin to process the Shadow Work practices offer the opportunity not just to heal, but to truly transform unhealthy pattern and behaviours, move through resistance and stuck places, so that we can live a more liberated, joyous and connected life - within and without!
